This is a live gathering. Tender. Creative. Gently structured.Join me for a 90-minute live Somatic Dream Circle (live on Zoom). A guided, embodied practice space where we listen to our dreams through the body and in community.
Together we’ll open with a gentle somatic doorway, move to invite dream fragments into sensation, write in stream-of-consciousness to let what’s been hovering land on the page, and create simple collage responses to honour the images that want to stay.
Bring your journal, pen, and any collage treasures you love (scissors, glue, scraps, magazines or just your words if that’s what you have). You don’t need a perfectly recalled dream. A feeling, a colour, a single image, or even a restless night is enough.
This is a live, communal space to practice dream recall, embodied listening, and creative integration. Come as you are. The dream is already speaking.
There is something potent about gathering around dreams together. Collective dream sharing softens isolation and reminds us that we are connected, relational, alive beings.
And something profound begins to happen when we share in this way. Our dreams start responding. Recall deepens. Symbols grow more textured. Creativity loosens. The collective field becomes fertile.
This is not a dream analysis class but there will be space for reflection and curiosity around the symbols, moods and characters in our dreams.
It’s a slowing down. A remembering.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will I have to sit and listen to other people’s dreams or share my own?
No this is not a circle where we listen to and share long dream stories. This is a flowing dream space with movement, indivdual and collective reflection and dream art. This is an invitational space. There will be moments of collective reflection, and some participants may choose to speak a dream fragment aloud, but witnessing is participation too. You are always welcome to keep your dream private and work quietly in your own journal.
2. What if I don’t remember a dream?
You do not need a perfectly recalled dream. A mood. A colour. A body sensation. Even the absence of a dream is something we can listen to. For those who feel they are not connecting with their dreams or remembering them, dream circles can be a powerful way to make contact again and open up to remembering. This is a practice of contact, not performance.
3. Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided creative and somatic practice space, not psychotherapy or clinical treatment. While the work can feel meaningful and personal, it is educational and experiential in nature. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, and you are always encouraged to seek therapeutic support if needed.
4. Do I need art skills to do the collage part?
Absolutely not. This isn’t about making something impressive. It’s about responding. You can glue scraps, scribble over words, tear pages, circle a sentence, or simply sit with your journal. The collage is a conversation, not a craft project.
5. Do I need to have my camera on?
You’re invited to have your camera on if you feel comfortable, it helps build a sense of collective presence, but you are welcome to turn it off at any time. This is a body-led space. Your comfort and safety matter the most.
6. What if my dream feels intense or emotional?
Dreams can carry strong feelings. You are always invited to regulate at your own pace. You can step away, turn your camera off, or simply place your feet on the floor and breathe. This is a gently structured space, not a deep-dive trauma process. We work with what feels resourced and available.
7. How many people will be there?
This is a small-group gathering designed to feel intimate but not overwhelming. The container works best when we can see and sense one another without it feeling like a performance space. Groups will usually be 10 - 20 dreamers.
8. Will there be breakout rooms?
This is a collective circle format for most of the session. From time to time break out rooms are used for small group activities. Sharing is always voluntary.
9. Will this be recorded?
No. This gathering is not recorded in order to protect the intimacy and confidentiality of the group. Your presence matters more than replay access.
10. What if I’m late or need to leave early?
You’re welcome to enter quietly if you’re running late. If you need to leave early, do so gently. That said, the experience unfolds as a container, arriving on time and staying for the full 90 minutes will allow you to receive the full arc of the practice.
11. How should I prepare beforehand?
You don’t need to prepare anything elaborate. If you’d like, you can set a simple intention before sleep in the nights leading up to the somatic dream circle: “I am open to remembering.” But the real preparation is simply giving yourself unhurried time and a small, comfortable corner to land in.
