My Approach
I draw from somatic therapy, nervous system education, relational counselling, dreamwork and embodied inquiry.

Dream reflection (if relevant to you)
Slow, collaborative exploration of what emerges

You do not need to be articulate.
You do not need to be “ready.”

Sessions are held online via Zoom.

Sessions are confidential and structured, and we will begin with an intake process to ensure this work is appropriate for you.
